Axxiflex Turbine Tools bv is specialized in the design, manufacturing, distribution and delivery of certified production tooling, tooling for MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) and GSE (Ground Support Equipment). In this we are offering the entire range of capabilities from conceptual design up to delivery.

Our strength is project management and execution of the total package. We are specialized in complicated tool systems which require a broad variety of different tools.

• Production tooling for turbine engine parts i.e. handling, hoisting, fixtures, jigs, internal transport, manufacturing tools, handling equipment, mechanisations in different degrees etc.
• Ground Support Equipment and Tooling for MRO of aircraft engines and turbines i.e. hand tools, assembly and disassembly, installation and removal, carrying devices, dolly’s and trolleys, dummies, jigs and fixtures etc.
• Warehousing and Distribution of tooling and Ground Support Equipment.

Axxiflex has a license agreement with Honeywell for the manufacturing of tooling and ground support and test equipment for the ATF-3, TPE 331, TFE 731 and APU engine platforms. Axxiflex is part of the JSF team of Lockheed Martin, BAeSystems, Northrop Grumman, P&W and GE/RR Engine Fighter Team and delivers all types of Ground Support Equipment and MRO tooling.

Axxiflex delivers to about 4.850 customers world wide. Axxiflex has excellent relations with all major OEM companies like Lockheed Martin, Rolls Royce, GEAE, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, Martin Baker, Hamilton Sundstrand, Northrop Grumman, BAE systems and with all end users of their programs.
