DutchAero creates technical and cost advantages by co-design and production by using our leading High speed machining and a new generation electrochemical machining processes. Further a complete range of special processes to satisfy the high demands of our market is available.
The strength of our company is the availability of a production engineering capability which enables our customer to apply the optimal design solution to safeguard there affordability requirements and not to compromise on there functional requirements.
The products are characterized as high precision complex shaped products requiring 5 axis machining or sheet metal fabrication in demanding markets like the Aerospace and the energy industry.
Our applied manufacturing processes comprises state of the art High Speed Machining, a new generation Electro Chemical Machining process including state of the art CAD/CAM and CMM capabilities, and in addition the relevant special process for Thermal Spray coatings, surface treatments , balancing and non destructive inspection processes.
We are proud to have leading Aerospace companies like General Electric, Rolls Royce, Snecma ,Avio Lockheed Martin and the Boeing company as customer.

- Thermal Spray / HVOF coatings
