Quality Aircraft Painting Services Group B.V. (QAPS) is an independant and dedicated aircraft painting company specializing in high quality aircraft painting. The company was founded in February 1999 by Ben Vastenhout and Frans Groot. Ben has gained 30 years of experience in aircraft painting with Fokker Aircraft and Frans had a senior position in Marketing and Sales in the same Company. The most modern aircraft painting hangar was originally specified and constructed by Fokker Aircraft to paint their newly built aircraft according to the high quality OEM standards and can accommodate aircraft upto the size of Boeing 737-400 or Airbus A320. The paint hangar features automated high-capacity laminar flow air-ventilation as well as temperature and humidity control in brilliant daylight. Highly manouvrable special paint platforms, mounted on rails in the ceiling, provide full access to any type of aircraft within minutes after arrival. QAPS’s highly trained aircraft painters are full-time employed, ensuring a constant quality level of workmanship.

Since re-launch, QAPS has painted aircraft for 28 operators in 14 countries (status december 2000). The strongest selling point for QAPS is their commitment to the customers to perform services in such a way that customers return for future business.
